Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Pickup info: Pick-up service can be arranged upon request in case you are staying far from Lixouri town.
Notes:
Please note that the rate per person as it is stated in our system is really the rate per boat. Therefore please book stating only one participant in order to get the correct rate. Also the fuel is paid extra at the end of your trip according to the consumption you have made. The maximum you would usually pay would be around 25 euro.
