A security deposit fo 600 Euros is required before embarkation for all Bareboat charters without a skipper. This covers any loss or damage to the boat, equipment, official papers and/or any expenses incurred if the boat is returned late. The security deposit will be refunded less any deductions on safe return of the vessel.

A deposit of 25% of the total charter cost is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the first day of charter.

If you cancel your booking the lead charter name must advise us in writing by post or email. A cancellation will only be affective from the date received and the following cancellation applies:

4-8 weeks prior: 75 % charter cost

Within 4 weeks - 100 %

You may be able to claim under your travel insurance if the cancellation falls within the terms of the insurance policy.

What if we cancel you booking? 

We will do our utmost to provide the charter you have booked, however if we are unable to offer you the boat you have chartered, we will endeavour to offer and suitable alternative. however  if we are unable to offer a suitable alternative, we may have to cancel your booking and you will receive a full and prompt refund.

Refunds will not be made either prior to, during or following the charter where due to force majuere, such as war or threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions or similar events which are outside of our control.
