According to the local tradition, the word "volidiera" was the name used to refer to small cottages which had roofed verandas and were built in the middle of small agricultural estates. At Voildiera Guest House, this name appeared most appropriate for this guest house, built in the midst of a 6000 m2 estate full of olive trees.
