Zest at Xi Beach is a newly built property which consists of luxurious studios, apartments and villas. All are tasteful and well equipped, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. The building is located just 400 m from the beach, and also has a nice swimming pool.

Any cancellation made between 30 and 14 days results in a charge of 30 % of the cost of the stay; between 14 and seven days results in a charge of 50 % of the cost of the stay; and cancellation made less than six days before confirmed arrival date results in a charge of 100 % of the cost of the stay.
