Villa Anna Maria

Villa Anna Maria is a friendly accommodation set in the resort of Xi Beach, surrounded by a beautiful garden, a vineyard and olive trees.The property is set very close to everything but shut away from noise of any kind.

The rooms are in a building with neo-classic architecture and surrounded by trees and flowers. The family that runs the place is always on hand to help with anything guests might need, and are always willing to help and provide information on how to discover Kefalonia.

There is also a BBQ in the garden and a kiosk that is always available for guests to use. Villa Anna Maria provides free bicycles to guests for ease in reaching the beach, as well as to discover more of the surrounding areas (Mania beach, Kounopetra beach, Vatsa beach and Mega Lakos beach).

Late check out policy:

Late checkout is available free of charge all through the year, except during the peak season. During the peak season, late checkout will be subject to availability and at an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy:

No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 30 days before confirmed arrival date. Any cancellation made between 30 and 14 days results in a charge of 30 % of the cost of the stay; between 14 and seven days results in a charge of 50 % of the cost of the stay; and cancellation made less than six days before the confirmed arrival date results in a charge of 100 % of the cost of the stay.
