Petani Bay is located on the north of the west peninsula of Paliki. To reach it you will pass through many small villages which are not visible from the sea as they were built behind the hills to avoid attacks from pirates centuries ago. You will enjoy the drive through the village houses with their colorful flowers, the wild greenery as well as the olive and cypress trees and then the breathtaking view of Petani bay. The word "Petani" itself implies the description of the place. In English "Petani" would be translated as "where the mind flies"!
