Niforos is a property located at the top of the Petani Bay. There is a main building which offers well-equipped and spacious studios, overlooking the bay, so that every room has a view of the sea.
Niforos is surrounded by a well preserved garden with a large pool. The best part of the hotel is the restaurant by the pool.

For late check-out before 18.00 hours, half a day's rate will be charged.
For late check-out after 18.00, hours full day's rate will be charged.

The rules for cancellation are as follows:
- There is no cancellation fee for cancellations made 21 days prior to the arrival date or earlier.
- For cancellation made or bookings modified less than 21 days before the arrival date and in case of No Show, there will be a charge amounting to 30% of the whole stay.
