Niforos

Niforos is a property located at the top of the Petani Bay. There is a main building which offers well-equipped and spacious studios, overlooking the bay, so that every room has a view of the sea.

Niforos is surrounded by a well preserved garden with a large pool. The best part of the hotel is the restaurant by the pool. 

In short, the hotel has everything - a splendid view, enticing prices, delicious food (including grilled meat from Gerasimos) and amazing hosts - to make it a great favourite.

Niforos is a well-organised property with a very nice pool and an excellent restaurant that offers traditional Greek specialities. The restaurant is used as a breakfast area as well as a reception area, since it is located at the entrance of the property. Guests may relax with coffee or a drink, staring idly at the spectacular view of the water.

Late check out policy:

For late check out before 18.00 hours, half a day's rate will be charged.

For late check out after 18.00, hours full day's rate will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:

The rules for cancellation are as follows:

• There is no cancellation fee for cancellations made 21 days prior to the arrival date or earlier.
• For cancellation made or bookings modified less than 21 days before the arrival date and in case of No Show, there will be a charge amounting to 30% of the whole stay.
