At Kipouria Guesthouse, visitors are welcome to enjoy the serenity of a place which is well-hidden away from any intrusion and completely enveloped by natural surroundings. The only sounds one is likely to hear are the hooting of owls, the bells of the local goats and the purring of cats.
The rooms are simple, as the owner believes that the holiday will be best spent mainly on the verandas and the terraces, either just taking in the natural beauty of the location or reading under the shade of the trees.
Guests can watch the breathtaking sunset while enjoying one of the local wines. The owners let guests use the BBQ facility, as well as the big wooden traditional table. The wine press doubles as a pool for children during summer.
Facilities & Services
The Kipouria Guesthouse has been built with due respect paid to nature. Gardens and olive trees surround the house, wild flowers are seen in abundance in spring and hedgehogs, hares and tortoises move about in complete freedom. A cool sea breeze blows in in the evenings. The property is well shaded by the surrounding trees.

Late checkout is available free of charge all through the year, except during the peak season. During the peak season, late checkout will be subject to availability and at an additional cost.

No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 30 days before the confirmed arrival date. Any cancellation made between 30 and 15 days results in a charge of 30 % of the cost of the stay; between 15 and seven days results in a charge of 50 % of the cost of the stay and cancellation less than six days before the confirmed arrival date results in a charge of 100 % of the cost of the stay.
