Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Pickup info: Participants may be picked up from their accommodation if they are staying close to Lixouri or Argostoli. The last pick up is at the port of Argostoli wher the Ferry Boat for Lixouri departs.
Notes:
Please note that the entrance fees for the caves are paid on spot art extra charge.

Melissani Lake: 7 euro per adult and 4 euro per child 6-12 years old

Drogarati Cave: 5 euro per adult and 3.5 euro per child 6-12 years old
