Aenos Hotel

Argostoli is the capital town of the island with more than 17000 inhabitants. It is really the heart of the island. The hotel is located in the very center of the town so that you can easily reach most business places which are based in Argostoli, many shops (especially for women), a lot of interesting cafes, and many different and good restaurants. It is also very close to the Archaeological and Cultural Museums of Kefalonia, the theatre and cinema as well as the port which connects Argostoli with Lixouri and in the summer season, there is also a connection with Killini in the mainland.

Argostoli is definately a lively town as it concentrates half of Kefalonia's population and also has University and Merchant Marine Academy. Finally, it is definitely a good starting point to visit the entire island.
